What’s in a name?

“Ezra” comes from the Bible- It means “HELP.” To come alongside, to be a helping presence. As a therapist, I am guiding and helping people. If they feel stuck, I can help them get unstuck. We can get so far on our own and then need another person/outside source to help us with the rest.
